Breath of the Wild is a game that continues to keep on giving. A year and a half after its release, players are still finding new ways to break the game. The newest glitch is pretty crazy just like the rest of them and allows Link to travel at insane speeds across Hyrule while surfing on his shield. It was originally done by a Chinese player but speedrunners have figured out a way to replicate it, including Reddit user ddurq_botw, who posted a video of the outrageous glitch. While jumping down on a Bokoblin’s shoulder, Link places his shield under his feet as to shield surf. He then whips out his bow which slows down time. Sheathing the bow appears to cause the glitch and makes Link fly across Hyrule very fast while on top of his shield. This is a great way to fast travel while also getting to see all the beauty Hyrule has to offer! You can check it out in the video below.
